Museums and Shopping!

Friday, the boys and I spent the afternoon shopping and going to museums. The boys wanted to buy some souvenirs and to see a little of the town before we left. Our first stop was the Surf Ballroom, where Buddy Holly and Richie Valenz had their final performance.

Afterward, we walked around town and stopped by the local pharmacy which had an old fashioned soda fountain.

Next we caught up with my parents at the pioneer museum, the boys all thought it was the BEST museum ever! Anytime things are interactive the boys are happy. And sling shots in the gift shop - what more could boys ask for!

The boys all loved the cabin. They liked the loft with the beds. It was a tad too small for my taste.

Lucas said that if he had a cool broom like this he would sweep more often. Hmmm.

Onto the schoolhouse, it was funny to watch Noah on the seesaw since his feet never left the ground. He is getting so tall!

Lucas liked the desks, he found a book and was ready to start learning!

Noah playing the piano and Eli picked a desk up front until he said the teacher was giving him the stink eye! LOL! It was a great final day of vacation!
